The VELUX ZCT 300 is a manual telescoping control rod designed to operate VELUX venting skylights—specifically the VS and VCM series—when they’re installed beyond normal reach. It extends telescopically from approximately 1.45 m (4.75 ft) up to 2.85 m (9.35 ft) for ease of access in higher ceilings or angled installations.

• Works only with VELUX VS (pitched roof) and VCM (flat roof) manual venting skylights

• Not recommended for use with other brands or skylight systems.

🛠️ Use & Installation

To operate the skylight within reach, simply hook the rod onto the wind-up pin or mechanism built into VS or VCM models. Twist gently to open or close. The telescoping segments collapse for storage or retract for shorter installations (desktop height or reachable by hand).

For installations exceeding the upper reach of 2.85 m, the ZCT 100 extension segment can be added to gain additional length safely and stably.
