1. Delivery Areas

Vsky offers delivery to the Adelaide metropolitan area as standard.

For customers located in regional South Australia, delivery may be arranged on request using a third-party courier service. If you’re outside the metro area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide a custom delivery quote:

2. Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

(Adelaide Metropolitan Area Only)

We offer same-day and next-day delivery within the Adelaide metro area, subject to:

  • Product availability in stock
  • Delivery team availability

Delivery timing will be confirmed once your order is received. While we aim to fulfil express deliveries, availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on daily capacity.

3. Collection / In-Store Pickup

You can collect your order directly from our premises:

Pickup times will be arranged upon order confirmation. We’ll notify you when your items are ready for collection.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address. For regional orders, a custom shipping fee may apply depending on the third-party courier’s rates.

5. Delivery Terms

All deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the order, goods will be left unattended unless you request otherwise.

Please note: Vsky is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the goods have been delivered and left unattended.

6. Dispatch & Lead Times

Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided on each product page and refer to the time it takes for goods to leave our warehouse—not the full delivery time.

Standard delivery to Adelaide metro addresses typically occurs within 1–2 business days once dispatched. Regional SA deliveries arranged via courier may take 3–7 business days, depending on location and freight provider availability.
