Orders can be placed via our website using the secure checkout process. Payment methods include major credit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the Adelaide Metropolitan area, with regional SA available on request via third-party courier. Same day and next day delivery may be offered depending on stock and resource availability. Pickup is available from 6 Daws Road, Ascot Park SA 5043.

5. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees that products are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. If you receive a faulty product, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
